                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF MOCCASIN BEND ROAD-PINEVILLE
                   ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON
                   SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1992 FOR THE
                   PRESENTATION OF "JOE JOHNSON MENTAL HEALTH
                   RUN" SPONSORED BY THE JOSEPH W. JOHNSON, JR.
                   MENTAL HEATH CENTER, UNDER CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northbound traffic lane of Moccasin Bend 

       Road-Pineville Road from Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute to 

       Hudson Road and the temporary closing of the southbound traffic
       lane of Pineville Road-Moccasin Bend Road from Hudson Road to
       Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute on Saturday, November 21,
       1992 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for the presentation of "Joe
       Johnson Mental Health Run" under the sponsorship of the Joseph W. 

       Johnson, Jr. Mental Health Center provided that the sponsor shall 

       install and remove warning signs in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an
       access lane for emergency and residential vehicles.
